Our Custom Home Gym Design Specialist partnered closely with her team to perfect the layout, ensuring every piece supported her speed, strength, and endurance training without ever feeling crowded. Now, Parker has everything she needs to train like a pro—right at home.
ARC TRAINING IN PROGRESS

Cross‑training is a core part of Parker Valby’s program, and the Symbio Runner helps her build strength and endurance without needing to hit the track. She prefers its “Very Soft” setting, which mimics the feel of trail running and avoids the harsh impact of standard motorized treadmills. The softer deck lets her log high‑quality aerobic work with less stress on her knees and joints. “The Symbio Runner on the Very Soft setting feels like real trail running,” Valby says.
