It’s the perfect thickness

I used this mat while exercising during a recent cruise. I have used many different mats over the years that are supposed to be cushiony. This one is the best!! I am much more particular now after having a total knee replacement 8 months ago. I was able to achieve unilateral weight bearing during some of the stretches, much to my surprise. My apprehension disappeared and I completed the class with greater confidence and agility.
