Award-winning country music artist Kane Brown takes his fitness regimen seriously. Not only does working out help him stay in shape to perform, but it also helps him feel good on stage. A jam-packed tour schedule can make it hard for Kane to find time for the gym — so he brought the gym experience home.
Take the Tour
Inside Kane Brown's Home Gym
Kane Brown's home gym is a testament to his workout regimen. He wanted the same commercial-grade equipment he was used to training on at local gyms, so we equipped him with top-notch Life Fitness / Hammer Strength gear. Watch him walk you through the whole setup and hear why he goes 100% on every piece.

"If I'm dunkin' in the next couple months, this is why."
Weights That Go
All the Way Up
Kane's home gym is fully equipment with dumbbells at go all the way up to 100 lb, a half rack, Smith machine (when he is training solo), his favorite selectorized pieces, and more! The newest edition, Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Hack Squat Machine, is already becoming a quick favorite.
Kane also added a rower and air bike to make sure he keeps up with cardio—especially with all the running he does on stage.
"They're the best. They care about their customers."
The Gear He Trusts, On Tour and at Home
When Kane is on the road, he knows he can count on finding a gym with Life Fitness / Hammer Strength. Bringing that same setup home means nothing is lost between the stage and the squat rack.
Kane worked with our team to maximize the floorplan, fitting in all the equipment he wanted without feeling cluttered. As for the red — that was Kane's touch!

"You can do everything with this, which is really all you need."
One Machine, Every Workout
Ask Kane what anchors the room and he points to the Power Play. This one configurable machine covers a full-body workout — adjustable cable crossover, low row, lat pulldown, triceps pushdown, and chin-up positions — making the exercise options limitless. Built for solo sessions or partner training, it's the same commercial-grade gear he trained on at gyms everywhere, now dialed in for home.
