ONE MACHINE.
TOTAL BODY.

Meet the most versatile piece of cardio for your home gym. The Club Series+ Total Body Arc Trainer is an alternative-motion cross-trainer built on the same commercial-grade engineering trusted in gyms and athletic facilities worldwide. Its signature arc motion is smooth, natural, and low-impact, yet powerful enough to fuel everything from an easy warm-up to serious strength and power training. One machine, built to do it all.

EASY ON YOUR JOINTS.
BIG ON RESULTS.

The Club Series+ Total Body Arc Trainer is gentler on your knees than walking, yet delivers up to 1200 watts of power. The arc-shaped path moves your body smoothly and naturally, engaging your glutes and hamstrings much like running does but without the pounding. Research shows it's easier on your joints while burning more calories than similar machines. Push harder and recover faster.

TRUSTED BY PARKER VALBY

"I'm known for the amount of time I spend on the Arc Trainer. I have been using the Arc Trainer for many years now and it's been a crucial piece to my success in running." - Parker Valby

For professional American Track and Field/Cross-Country Athlete, Parker Valby, cross-training is an essential part of her program. The Club Series+ Arc Trainer gives her a high‑intensity, low‑impact way to boost cardio capacity without adding extra stress to her knees and joints. By integrating the Arc Trainer into her cross‑training days, Parker can build aerobic strength, improve durability, and stay competitive without relying solely on road or track mileage.

TARGET EVERY MUSCLE

With 21 incline levels, the Arc reshapes your motion from gliding to striding to climbing, and shifts the work across your lower body as you go — from glutes and hamstrings at lower inclines to quads as you climb higher. Bring the moving multi-grip handles into it, and your upper body joins in for a true total-body burn. Dial in incline and resistance right from the handlebars, without ever breaking rhythm.

    Ver poor experience so far…

Very poorly run company. Had an Arc trainer delivered with white glove service and they did not assemble it correctly. Arms fell off and trying to get LF to come out and resolve is like trying to herd cats. They don’t stand behind their products!

    Great machine

We used one of these at our gym and finally decided to buy one - and cancel the gym. This is our favorite exercise machine, and it has been fantastic. We use it every day and feel great afterward!

Delivered inoperable - no resolution - 3 months

I can't review this machine as I purchased it 3 months ago and it was delivered inoperable and Life Fitness has failed to fulfill their obligations to make it right. They've been unable to properly communicate or dispatch the required parts to get what I paid for to work.

Hopefully I can post a review when I get what I paid for working.

    BEST ELLIPTICAL

    THE TOTAL BODY ARC TRAINER

Surpasses any and all elliptical trainers and any workout machine.

I am 72, exercise every day, however, I have incurred injuries, over the years by swimming too much or simply overdoing my workouts along with aging. And so my hips and arms hurt often hurt.

I’ve been using THE TOTAL BODY ARC TRAINER for just 3 weeks and my body seems to feel 20 years younger. I FEEL GREAT! I have been walking around and commenting, NOTHING HURTS! ITS AMAZING!
