This is the best firm support for my height and weight. I have chronic back problems and use my SB for floor exercises .
Great exercise and stretching ball. I use these to stretch my arms before workouts, and also to use core workouts. The only thing I don't like is, it's a little tough to inflate the ball. I have owned others in the past, and this ball did not come with a small tool to remove the plug. The 65"" is also larger than you'd expect, I would've preferred the 55"" but didn't like the color, I wish I could specify grey color on all sizes.
Love this stability ball. It is very durable. I have had it for months now. Purchased at peak of the pandemic when my gym was closed and it helped me get through and still can despite my gym being open, it can be used for those lazy rainy days when I don't feel like leaving the house but want to workout.
thought the ball would be more like the hammer strength ball...heavy duty feel and weight, supple, sticky outer surface ?...maybe it will break in?
