A PLATE-LOADED FAVORITE

Bring the intensity of a gym workout home with the Plate-Loaded Tibia Dorsi Flexion. This popular back machine can be found in some of the most iconic strength meccas around the world and has been a Hammer Strength staple for decades.

Weightlifting machine with adjustable weights and handles.

LOW PROFILE DESIGN
Our Plate Loaded Tibia Dorsi-Flexion machine boasts a compact footprint, making it an ideal addition to your home gym, regardless of size. Designed for serious performance, this machine delivers targeted lower-leg training with efficiency and precision. Its streamlined design ensures seamless integration into your home gym, optimizing space while providing top-tier functionality.

DENSE UPPER FOOT PAD
A firm, high-density foot pad provides a stable and secure surface for dorsiflexion movements. Designed to withstand heavy use, it ensures consistent, controlled reps for maximum strength development.

ANGLED FOOT PLATFORM
The foot platform is precisely angled to align the ankles with this tibialis machine's pivot point, allowing for a natural range of motion. This ensures smooth movement mechanics, optimal muscle activation, and reduces unnecessary joint stress.

HAMMER STRENGTH PLATE LOADED
TIBIA DORSI FLEXION

The Tibia Dorsi-Flexion machine is designed to compliment our Seated Calf Raise and can be positioned right behind it, allowing you to train both the front and back of the lower leg in one efficient setup. Balanced strength starts here.

HOW IT WORKS

Most exercisers will train with their foot straight, targeting the tibialis through dorsiflexion. However, the machine's design goes beyond this—it allows for angling the foot inward or outward to perform inversion and eversion exercises. This helps to develop a more resilient, fully developed lower leg and ankle complex, crucial for stability, injury prevention, and overall performance.

HOW IT'S MADE

Hammer Strength plate loaded machines are made with 11-guage steel frames and electrostatic powder coat finish for maximum durability. There are numerous seat adjustments to allow you to find your perfect position and muscle isolation. Molded foam on the cushions provides comfort, support, and durability. All machines have holes in the feet that allow for easy anchoring to the floor.
