A PLATE-LOADED FAVORITE

Bring the intensity of a gym workout home with the Plate Loaded Super Squat Press. This popular back machine can be found in some of the most iconic strength meccas around the world.

UNI-LATERAL TRAINING
Our unilateral design allows each leg to move independently—giving exercisers the ability to correct imbalances, build symmetrical strength, and improve neuromuscular control. Unlike machines that lock limbs into a fixed path, this design promotes a more natural, athletic movement pattern. It feels fluid, not forced—helping athletes train the way they move in sport and life. That’s real-world performance, built in.

RANGE OF MOTION ADJUSTMENT
The Range of Motion Adjustment gives you the flexibility to increase your squat depth by 3.75 inches with a simple flip. Designed for convenience, this mechanism can be flipped with the foot, allowing lifters to adjust their squat range with little effort. Whether they are looking to maximize depth for greater muscle engagement or tailor their movement to specific training goals, this feature enhances versatility without interrupting flow.

DUAL-PURPOSE HANDLES
Our handles are built for efficiency and intensity—unlock the workarms, then grip and lift without ever letting go. No reset. No regrip. Just seamless transitions that keep exercisers locked in, under load, and focused from the first rep to the last.

LOAD IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT

We gave the Super Squat Press extended weight horns so exercisers can load it heavy—and then go heavier. What sets it apart is how it moves under serious weight; the four-bar linkage system keeps the ankle position dialed in and the motion smooth, even when the plates are stacked. That means more power output, less joint stress, and performance you can trust when it counts. No strain. No stall. Just pure drive.

HOW IT WORKS

Most machines lock users into one way of moving. This one doesn’t. With independent, unlocked workarms, the Super Squat Press gives exercisers true unilateral training—one leg at a time — allowing them to fix imbalances, attack weak points, and load each side without compromise. It’s harder. It’s smarter. And it hits different. No other squat press machine does it like this.

HOW IT'S MADE

Hammer Strength plate loaded machines are made with 11-guage steel frames and electrostatic powder coat finish for maximum durability. There are numerous seat adjustments to allow you to find your perfect position and muscle isolation. Molded foam on the cushions provides comfort, support, and durability. All machines have holes in the feet that allow for easy anchoring to the floor.
