3-HANDLE BAR
The 3-Handle pull up bar feautres 1.25" (3 cm) handles in mixed configurations. This pull-up option features grips on each handle and embodies one of Hammer Strength's true design philosophies: supreme ergonomics.
BAR SUPPORTS AND CATCHES
Hammer Strength Bar Supports are made from a 3/8” thick bent plate and features 3/8” thick paint guards to protect your rack finish and dampen sound when racking your weight. Using molded urethane covers, the supports have a 5 ½” landing zone giving you a bigger target to engage with the upright and a 1 ½” resting surface to ensure your bar is balanced at rest and at takeoff. Each support has a zinc plated rod for a smooth transition when adjusting to different heights.
STRONG BAR CATCHES
The HD Elite iD Half Rack Bar Catches are 22” (56 cm) in length and use a 3-sided urethane guard to shield the catch and the bar. Two custom designed shock absorption pads and vertical displacement brackets prevent damage to the rack. The bar catch pins through the side of the rack for added strength and stability. ASTM Rated to 855 lbs.
DOUBLE "O" 7 SLOTS
Allows you to customize your training by adding any HD attachment to the front or back of your training uprights.
4x3 7-GAUGE STEEL
50% thicker walls than 11 gauge ensures that your rack has the mass to feel rigid and holes won’t cave in or deform over time.
BAR HANGER
Meant to hold a single specialty bar vertically by its sleeve, this low-profile bar hanger can be mounted to any top crossmember on Hammer Strength Racks. Chrome plated and includes two storage hooks for hanging bands or chains in addition to the bar.
