    Sturdy & Comfortable

    This bench is incredibly sturdy as you would expect from LF/HS and full commercial grade. We have it with our Life Fitness G5 Functional Trainer and it works flawlessly still in 2025 (10ish years after purchase). We use it both with the machine and for dumbbell and curl bar work.
