Continuing a previous review. We are on week #9 when equipment was scheduled to be delivered. Stayed home from work. No delivery, no text, no call. Time to reverse payment and buy equipment from a company that will deliver.
I ordered my equipment about 4 weeks ago and have not heard anything from Life Fitness. I understand the lead time (~5 weeks), but they should be sending updates. None so far. I will keep reaching out.
I like my G4. Having an issue with it. No phone number to call for help and nobody will respond to my email. All that money spent to be ignored.
