I'm a senior (75) and wanted to continue lifting weights as I age. At my age, I understand that two-three days is probably the maximum number of times I should lift and I have stuck to that plan . I absolutely love this machine. I don't have to handle barbells and dumbbells (I still do a little dumbbell work) and I can safely do all the exercises I want - not hurting some worn out shoulders and knees - exercises I can do for the rest of my life!
