Club Series+ Recumbent Lifecycle® Bike

The mechanics of the bike work fine. I had the bike less than six months and without warning, Netflix was taken off the bike. This was the only reason I bought this very expensive recumbent exercise bike. The other options in the show room didn’t have Netflix or meet other requirements, such as being a recumbent bike. Once Netflix was removed without warning, I called Life Fitness and was told they wouldn’t do anything, and I needed to contact the showroom. Phone calls went back-and-forth with Life Fitness continuing to not address the problem and pushing it back onto the showroom. The showroom came up with a fix, which unfortunately is not working three weeks after the fix was made. The showroom can’t come back out for another three weeks so that will be a grand total of almost 3 months without Netflix. If I could return the bike, I would, and I would not recommend Buying this bike again because the customer service has not been the best with trying to solve this problem or keeping me up-to-date on the situation.

I've been a gym-goer for all my adult life. At my home I've owned really good recumbent bikes as well. When my last bike gave out after about 10 years, I decided to break the bank and buy one of these. I haven't regretted it. I've owned it for a couple of months now, and use it most days. I love doing Peloton classes with it, only I'm riding a better bike than they are :P. Gyms around here have largely Lifefitness bikes, only most are much older and lower models than this! So I would definitely say that my life fitness recumbent bike is "better than gym quality". My one complaint/gotcha is that the seat is pretty hard. That was easily remedied though by getting a seat cover on Amazon pretty cheaply.
