    Damaged item.

    This Axiom Seated Leg Curl/ Extension arrived at home with dent in main upright structure and several scratches throughout unit, The White glove install includes scratching front door and door frame of home. Life Fitness responded by sending a replacement roller and cap that was scratched, which was proper. They sent touchup paint for scratches. The dent to structure should be of major concern but seems to be forgotten. It is an eyesore which was noted on complaint. This is now an outlet purchase not new. Beware not to purchase from this company if new equipment is expected. The unit comes to home assembled. But installers must uninstall to get into home. Which was put back together with Impact Wrenches used for car tires. So it is not torque to specs anymore. For my satisfaction unit upright should be replaced.
