Weight set is so easy to use As seniors changing weights is so easy . We fot the extra set of weights . When putting them on the cables so not use the two spacers on the cables . They are there only if you so not have eztea aet

Must Have
I think this is a must have for larger men or those that can press a lot with their legs. Even at 210 lbs. I find I have to do my leg presses singly to max out. I would give a 5 star rating, but a shorter cable was not sent with the additional 50-lb. stack so I ended up with slack in my pulleys - which I have fixed on my own temporarily using a chain and carabiner.
