I love the convenience of having this gym in my home. It has all the exercises I can get at the YMCA, but right in my home. I definitely work out more now when I had to go out to the gym.

Simply the best home gym bar none!

This is my second Life Fitness home gym. I had an older G5 for 12 years but sold it with my house last November. I just got the new G7 and it literally is one piece of equipment that can do everything that you could do in a gym. Get it with the bench option for maximum functionality. The bench stows into the gym and the whole thing fits in the corner of your room. Stop shopping and buy this as it's the last gym you will ever buy.

Love our newest piece of equipment

I use this machine almost every time I workout. I love it. It is easy to use. It is easy to change around. It has multiple functions that makes it great if you are looking to do multiple exercises. The only thing that I feel needs tweaking is the bench. We bought the bench that came with the machine and had a hard time getting it to move from flat to incline. It is better now, but I still need to slam it to get the pin to come out so I can move it up and down.
