The units were delivered uninstalled despite paying for white glove delivery and install and remain that way. The critical component to make them work have yet to be delivered, nearly two months later. Then when the "white glove" team came back weeks later only to say they didn't know how to build this machine and left. still no monitors. Then weeks again later requiring countless emails, the monitors were delivered to fragilepak (not directly to me). Fragile Pak could he the most incompetent "white glove"'delivery service, in the entire world with the nastiest, dumbest team ever. Maybe listen to the tapes. As of 5pm today, I will be disputing the charges with AMEX and seeking a full refund. I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Just the worst most frustrating experience. Really don't understand how life fitness or fragile pak remain in business.

Had it delivered, worked for about two weeks that stopped working. Now I have one very expensive paperweight. It been over a week and we cannot get a technician to come out and attempt to fix this machine. The machine does not allow you to keep your settings to watch TV while running. It honestly doesn’t allow for any personal settings. I would only use this treadmill at the gym. Had two Norditracks that I put over 10k miles on. Should have stuck with Norditrack much better quality and way cheaper. Don’t waste your time or money. Look elsewhere.

After reviewing various treadmill brand/models, we chose the Life Fitness Club Series+. We've been very pleased with it. It's the same as what we've encountered in many gyms. Being able to workout at home, instead of going out is just great. The purchase/delivery process was smooth. Definitely recommend! Thanks!

I purchased a LifeFitness Integrity+ Treadmill on May 26, 2026, and it was delivered June 18 by FragilePak. Offloading was fine, but the installers couldn’t read English, had no tools, and had never assembled LifeFitness equipment. After two hours of fumbling, I stopped them and called LifeFitness. They promised a quick follow‑up, but four days later I’ve heard nothing. Poor service and unqualified contractors.

I’m sure it’s a great treadmill but the delivery service is horse manure. Paid thousands of dollars to sit and look at a treadmill in a box for a few months now. Two guys dropped it off said they couldn’t get it in the door. Manager on the phone suggested get it out of the box and carry it in piece by piece. I said great idea. That was over two months ago now and still nothing. About to ask them to take it back but that will probably take another 5 months. Maybe I’ll get some money back for the months waisted.
