Nice plates at great price!

These are surprisingly nice even though not Hammer brand. I use them with the standard Hammer rubber bumpers and they compliment them well.

Hi-Tech Technique Plates (10LB.)

Great Bumper Style Plates that solve a problem, broken Bumper Plates. The Hi-Technique Plates have a one piece construction that's rugged. These Plates are Competition size and shape (17.75” Diameter & 2” Hub) and fit snug on Olympic Bars. At about 2" thick (10LB.), there is no wobble or bending and the Plates slide on and off a 2" Barbell Sleeve very smoothly. In addition, there is also a 5LB. version of Hi-Tech Plates but they will cost you approximately $70.00 each on the Hi-Tech Plates website. So, at $20.00 each for a $90.00 10LB. Plate, this is an amazing deal!

Great Plates

These plates are really good plates for warm ups without using a lot of weight and worrying about my regular 10 pound bumpers breaking.
