Super Smooth!
This is an awesome rower. It literally glides on the rails and the water sound is a nice feature. It also looks fantastic in my cardio room. Added the Life Fitness medicine balls and kettle bells too. Very happy!

Easy to assemble, quality materials, a great looking rower that is fun to use
We've been Apple Fitness+ subscribers since day one, and though we had a gym membership for some time, we've found that we generally just prefer to do our workouts at home. This is the same rower that the Fitness+ trainers use and is the first training equipment we've purchased. The rower was delivered quickly and was very easy to assemble. It looks great and we love the whooshing sound of the water turning when using it. The accompanying phone holder is a bit flimsy — just a plastic add-on, so best to handle it with care, but everything else about the rower feels well thought out and well constructed. I fully believe we will get many years of enjoyment out of it.

Smoothest rower I've ever used
Easy to assemble, and makes for a smooth ride. Is also great for any body type. My husband and I differ in weight significantly and are both able to comfortably use the rower. Only con is it sits a little lower to the ground than I anticipated but that's not a reason to dock a star off the review. A great investment!

Best rowing machine out there!
I love this rower. High quality construction. Super easy to use. Best rower I have ever used.
WARNING: If you live in Hawaii you will be waiting a long time. While I expect there will be added shipping time for deliveries to Hawaii, the wait time was unacceptable. I ordered this on March 31st, it was finally delivered on May 22nd. During that time I was constantly chasing either LifeFitness, or their respective shipping agents for updates. At one point I was advised it had arrived in Kona on 5/9 and yet I had to follow up in order to get it delivered almost 2 weeks after that! Is it worth the wait? Probably. But the shipping time and the effort required to chase it was a joke.
5 stars for the HX trainer and 0.0 stars for shipping.
