High quality treadmill

I am very happy with this treadmill. It is easy to use. I especially like the tablet holder for my phone or iPad and the three buttons to automatically get the belt to a preferred speed. It doesn’t have a fan, but I have a fan and air conditioner in the room where I use it. I also bought the cushioned mat for the floor underneath the treadmill which seems to cut down on dust. I am glad it doesn’t require a monthly subscription to be functional.

Nice Treadmill, slow brain

Our new Run CX works as expected for a treadmill; which is great. One of the reasons we selected it was a promise of connectivity to apps and other tracking devices. Getting it connected to my phone each time is a drag, often requiring I shutting the Bluetooth off closing apps and starting over. Also a very slow start for the controller going from sleep to operating and ready to use. Our previous Nordictrack was much snappier with the touch controls and feed back.

Poor Display Design

Users need the ability to input "specific" data/numbers. There is not a keyboard with numbers, just arrows and the scrolling is terrible due to how the increments are designed.

The display keys are off, I cannot push directly on enter/up/down/sideways....there is a 1/4" plus variation, extremely annoying.

The user should be able to change the programming. What is the 3 min warmup all about? Please remove and allow the new owner to decide if he or she wants. This should be a settings change afforded to the user.

The keyboard is needed to allow the user to be more in control.

I spent (with delivery and an additional mat) $4000 and quite frankly, wish you would come pick it up and refund me my money. UNLESS you provide a better keyboard that has numbers so the user can directly program and allows the user to go into setting to select what he or she wants.
