SCIFIT® StepOne™ Recumbent Stepper

I've tried several brands at the gym I go to, and this one is by far my favorite. So, as an investment in my health, I bought one. It's adjustable for all family members and very heavy duty. It's quality is top of the line

I use this machine 60 minutes per use, 3 - 5 times a week. I have a severe left foot palsy that eliminates the use of machines that require standing. I was fortunate to be introduced to this machine at a senior services gym. It has provided me an opportunity for a great work out, tones upper and lower body and supports my weight maintenance/loss. Unfortunately, when I relocated, I was unsuccessful in finding this machine in any fitness centers so I elected to purchase it so I can continue with my exercise plan.

This is a really great product. I was using the exact same machine at PT, but with the Covid-19 closures I was really suffering. I have MS so keeping mobile is critical. I finally bit the bullet and ordered my own on November 3rd 2020. I knew it would take awhile, but the one really disappointing aspect of this purchase that I think is important to share was the very poor communication about the order status & delivery. I had to reach out multiple times to check on the order status. The responses to those inquiries were neither timely nor informative, albeit polite. I actually feel like if I hadn't reached out I would have never heard from them again! My PT was really frustrated too. With such a big purchase we had higher customer service expectations. My Sci Fit was finally delivered Feb 9th. Yippee! My husband said the set-up crew was quick, kind, and efficient. SO - great (!) machine - just don't have any expectation that it will arrive within the window they say, nor are you likely to receive any order updates along the way. But boy did they accept payment quick! I have not needed any service on this since it's new......hope that doesn't take many months too..... Been using it daily since arrival. SO wonderful, and worth every penny.
