I have been using this machine for over 15 years. For plate loaded exercise machines, the Hammer Strength Iso Row is top 3 across the market. I have been members of too many gyms to count and if the gym didn’t have this piece, I wasn’t joining. During the pandemic shutdown, I created my home gym and set aside some funds as I considered owning this amazing machine myself. I have zero regrets from my purchase 4 years later. I use it at least 2-3 times per week and it works perfectly as the day I purchased it while it also is in my garage with varying temperatures. I almost purchased an off brand name to save a buck and I am SO glad I resisted that. It would have only saved a couple hundred and it would not nearly match this quality. I even started using the iso row from the front doing standing chest press. Extending the arms with explosive force reminds me of hitting the sled in football drills. The salesman who worked with me to order this machine, Matt, was amazing as well. I was able to customize any color combination I wanted but I ended up going with all black which I love. I also was blown away by the new and improved seat that came out around 2019 which added stability and comfort. Every person who checks out my gym comments on this piece. They love it. It hits the back, arms, shoulders and chest like nothing else I have. It was worth every penny I spent.
