heirloom dumbbells for your grandchildren - Best you can get

You really can't buy better. Made by Iron Grip 12 Sided to the same best in class standard. Use what Dwayne the Rock uses which are these Hammer Strength 12-Sided / Iron Grip 12-Sided. Best part is that Life Fitness stocks these so you can skip the 12 month wait for Iron Grip to build to order. I do like the Eliko rotating in the lower 20 / 25 and 30 LB range if I'm being honest. I say that as they are nice for curls, cleans etc. for that range up, buy these and never buy again. These are heirloom dumbbells
