GREAT!!!
I’ve been looking for a workout mat, not a yoga mat because my sneakers keeps ripping the yoga mat. This one is thick and long, exactly what I was looking for. I used a shorter one in a hotel and loved it. I went to the website to inquire. I knew the brand from military gyms so I know it’s was built to last. Thank you.

It’s the perfect thickness
I used this mat while exercising during a recent cruise. I have used many different mats over the years that are supposed to be cushiony. This one is the best!! I am much more particular now after having a total knee replacement 8 months ago. I was able to achieve unilateral weight bearing during some of the stretches, much to my surprise. My apprehension disappeared and I completed the class with greater confidence and agility.
