Really well made. This is easy to bring with me when I am traveling for work. I wish it was a little bit shorter though since I am not that tall.

I used these a hotel gym once out of curiosity, I ended up enjoying the workouts so much I came home and ordered the whole set! Five bands: Extra Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, & Extra Heavy. They are all great depending on what type of exercise you're trying to accomplish. Compared to other bands that I looked at, these seemed the most durable. I also like the outer covering as well, it has a soft feel if your doing a workout that requires the band to press against you. Give them a try, you will not be dissapointed.
