Quality build, hits different muscles

I had not seen these different hanging devices before, I picked the cylinders because the way you have to hold on to them could possibly save your life if you were hanging on to something where you needed to use those similar muscles

For the sale cost, these are excellent! A fun switch up way to do hanging leg raises for abs. I also use to super set with forearm workouts(just hang) …gets the fingers more used to other gripping configurations.

Awesome ring set up

Game changer for pullups and really easy and comfortable to use. wood rings also are easier to grasp without slipping. Great product
