Connect to the Row HX BT Console via Bluetooth® and track your progress with your favorite fitness apps. Also compatible with Polar® H7 and H10 heart rate monitors.

The BT Console displays the following workout metrics: time, level, distance, strokes per minute, 500-meter split time, calories/hour, watts, and heart rate (requires compatible heart rate monitor).

Wish I could use this every day

but I'd probably injure myself. Motions are extremely smooth, and it's easy to get into a rhythm. Rower isn't too heavy for me to lift up on end, and the process of filling the tub with water was a little time consuming and messy but totally worth it in the end. Extremely glad that I purchased this.

Great machine!

Machine arrived within a week of ordering it. Very easy to put together. Sturdy, durable and made of high quality materials. Have gotten some incredible workouts on it using the Apple Fitness + routines on my Apple TV. The water sounds are soothing. Seat is very comfortable. Very easy to prop upright and move out of the way. Very happy with this machine!
