After researching home treadmills extensively, I chose and ordered this one l in Oct 2022. It arrived in Jan 2023. I am so glad that I bought it then because this treadmill costs $1300 more now! It is amazing. It feels like gym quality. It is pretty quiet and it is very sturdy. My husband and I are quite tall and the running surface on this treadmill accommodates us just fine. The belt is a little loud at first, but once you break it in, it gets much quieter. The incline didn't work consistently at first. Life Fitnesses amazing customer service sent out a technician and he replaced the button. I am very pleased with this purchase and I think this treadmill will last for many, many years.

Ordered in October 2022 and received just before Christmas. I was getting worried at first with the customer service because I had a little issue with a price adjustment and them giving me the run around for a while. Eventually they straightened it out and I received the treadmill in time but it took a lot of emails, phone calls, and really staying on top of it to make sure it was delivered when they said it would be. I was starting to have regrets figuring if I ever needed support that it would be a hassle.
As far as the treadmill, I couldn’t be happier with it. I did not want to have to jump through hoops or have to use apps and software just to use it. It is straightforward and easy to use. We have been using almost daily since we got it and have no complaints. I used a different brand and model treadmill a few times in hotel gyms since we purchased this and I could instantly tell the difference in the deck cushioning-the Life Fitness was better hands down.
