Top Quality exercise bike!

The bike is really well designed and comfortable for a great daily workout at home! Excellent customer service and while glove delivery service.From the time I ordered it it came in 2 weeks! Love this bike!

Cyber V Upright Bike

Overall I am very pleased with this bike. It rides smooth, is quiet, and for the most part it is comfortable. My only criticism would be for the saddle to have adjustments for tilt and backward/ forward sliding. Really good bike for the price.

Cybex V Upright

Drive Belt is too tight and no real way to loosen so riding on level 1 is like level 3.

The bike is not good for someone doing rehab.

A Great Disappointment

We had to cancel our purchase because the bike never worked properly. Our 20 year old bike performs better and consistently and we're glad we did not get rid of it. The technician was pot to our home three times and basically rebuilt the bike, a bike that was brand new! It still did not function properly. The heart rate was either nonexistent or it was giving readings from 98 to 148 plus in a matter of 15 seconds. The delivery of the bike was 20 days after purchase, approximately, but the 30 day time frame for returning the bike began on the day of purchase, which left us in a situation where LifeFitness then needed to try and repair our brand new bike. They were unsuccessful and the time was dragging on. It was a most disappointing experience in regard to the product.
