So DISAPPOINTED with LifeFitness FS6. We have been LF customers for over 18 years and loved our past equipment. HOWEVER; we purchased the FS6 on April 30, 2018 and in the first 4 months we have had 5 service calls, 2 NEW Consoles installed, and hours of our time wasted...and yet it still freezes up at every cool down cycle. LF sent Fitness Headquarters Store a 2nd completely NEW MACHINE, had it assembled in the store and tested before delivering to our home... it also freezes up at every cool down cycles. LifeFitness has major software issues and their service department literally doesn't know what to do to fix it. Avoid a mountain of frustration, lost time from multiple service appointments, frustrating workouts that can't be completed or saved, and weeks of delays for ordering and delivery of new parts.... DON'T purchase this machine!
