A Great Piece of Equipment

I chose not to have the back panel installed. That leaves 3 holes in the back from which to put a 3" long eye bolt and hang equipment conveniently if you get 3 additional caribbeaners. The 3rd party installation was professionally and personably performed. For me, the G7 is an essential piece of equipment, along with dumbells, dumbell rack, and bench. The G7 came with handles and a bar. But I also bought a pair of handles that was shorter, a rope, ankle wraps, and a v-handle (not sure what else to call it). The G7 is great for pullups and general stretching/hanging. The weights and denominations are just about right. You will probably want tips on making adjustments and how to move the equipment, so ask if you can.

Nice addition to a home gym

I bought this piece as one of the last additions to my home gym. It fits perfectly in the corner and is very stable. I weigh 180lbs and there's a very small sway in the machine when I grab the arm grips for pull ups but aside from that, everything else is very sturdy and stable. For the money, I would recommend the product.

It is a very versatile piece of equipment that has enabled me to do many of the exercises i normally do on multiple pieces of equipment at the gym. The materials used are of high quality. I would recommend this machine for any home gym.
