The Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Leg Press has separate work arms to train each leg independently. The seat is angled at 35-degrees and adjusts in half-inch increments. The footplates are designed to keep the ankle joint at 90-degrees throughout the entire movements. The frame is constructed of 11-guage steel with a powder coat finish for maximum durability.
