Absolutely loving my new gym

Absolutely love the hammer strength products. This rack fits nicely in a 3rd car garage and I can still get a car in. The pros are the fit and finish, this is well designed and engineered to last, and more importantly I dealt with a real person who helped me with my purchase. Installation was a breeze, and I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a slim home gym. I don't have a lot of negative, one option would be more pull-up bar options in the future.

Excellent Product - STURDY - QUIET - ATTRACTIVE

When my gym shut, I bought the Rogue SLIM 90, which has drilled 3x3 uprights and adjustable j-hooks. When I saw this rack, I ordered it, and sold the Rogue rack. Here's my comparison: Both are sturdy, have enough space for bench presses, include a pull-up bar, and are compact enough to put anywhere. The Hammer Strength rack came in superior packaging, it's quicker to assemble and looks more refined. The HS looks like it was created by designers and engineers, whereas the Rogue looks like it was created by machinists. The shiny black finish looks much higher quality and is easier to keep clean. The 7 fixed hooks require no adjustment, provide all the position options I need, and create no wear on the uprights, like Rogue's pin-in-hole j-hooks. The HS hooks also stabilized the bar better, whereas the Rogue's j-hooks let the bar shift around, and have sharp edges to damage bars and fingers. The HS rack includes plate storage horns for 6 plates, while these are an add-on for Rogue. On the down side, the HS rack is double the price of the Rogue rack, although the price still seems reasonable for a product that should last forever. The HS rack is set up for studs with 16"" spacing. My house has 24"" spaced studs, so I had to design my own attachment scheme. I'm extremely satisfied, and whole-heartedly recommend this rack. Finally, when I was comparing racks, I was influenced by all the 5-star reviews on Rogue's site, but when I posted my 4-star review, Rogue did not post it, so…

More than just a squat rack

My husband and I bought this for our home gym. It fastens firmly to the wall, and is very sturdy. One of the biggest perks is that it is so compact! It leaves us with so much space for other equipment. The addition features are great too! We use the upper anchor for a TRX strap, and the lower anchor for battle ropes, but they could be used for resistance bands as well. It has horns for extra plates, and a pull-up bar. It really is a multi-use piece of equipment. We couldn't be happier!

Built to last and gives you everything you need

Hammer Strength has a reputation for producing quality equipment that is built to last and the same holds true with the Home Squat Rack. I love the extra storage, pull up bar, and TRX attachment. This will instantly upgrade your home gym and give you the ability to get some heavy strength training in consistently! Another plus is that it also fits my speciality bars (SSB, Multi-grip bar).
