Great for low impact exercise for general health, heart health, and weight loss. Very quiet. Can watch TV at a low volume. Does not take up a lot of space.
This is a solid bike. It is quiet and very smooth. I did have to tighten the belt because the self tensioner spring is too light. It may not compare to a $6k gym quality unit, but it is light years ahead of the junk that can cost as much as $1000.00 or more. Solid, basic machine, good console. I can heartily recommend Life Fitness.
