Connect to the Row HX BT Console via Bluetooth® and track your progress with your favorite fitness apps. Also compatible with Polar® H7 and H10 heart rate monitors.

The BT Console displays the following workout metrics: time, level, distance, strokes per minute, 500-meter split time, calories/hour, watts, and heart rate (requires compatible heart rate monitor).

Smoothest rower I've ever used

Easy to assemble, and makes for a smooth ride. Is also great for any body type. My husband and I differ in weight significantly and are both able to comfortably use the rower. Only con is it sits a little lower to the ground than I anticipated but that's not a reason to dock a star off the review. A great investment!

Wish I could use this every day

but I'd probably injure myself. Motions are extremely smooth, and it's easy to get into a rhythm. Rower isn't too heavy for me to lift up on end, and the process of filling the tub with water was a little time consuming and messy but totally worth it in the end. Extremely glad that I purchased this.
