Best in the world — until it wasn't

When the resistance began to give out intermittently, my knees got hurt and Lifefitness expected about $500 to repair it. There was no question of pinpointing the problem and telling me how to do it. Instead, hundreds in fees for them to replace the whole back end. Maybe it's a small component I could replace on my own. What a racket. We bought a 4K elliptical because we wanted durability — not $500 repairs.
