I purchased the F3 in November of 2025. The product was delivered and installed by Life Fitness but was never functional as the treadmill incline never functioned. After months of trying to work with the company to fix it, we have only ended up with a product that is in even worse condition. It now won’t lock into place when folded and won’t run at all. Perhaps the worst aspect is that regardless of how many times I have reached out to either have the product replaced or removed and my money refunded, my requests have gone largely unanswered and ignored. My next steps are calling corporate leadership and potentially filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a company a would recommend that all potential customers stay far away. If I could give the product and the company less than one star, I would.

This purchase suits me perfectly as I prefer the control of creating my own workout. The streamlined design makes it a perfect fit.
