Comments about Club Series Elliptical Cross-Trainer:
First of all it took 2 months to arrive. After the first use we noticed a rumble sound from the left pedal that progressively got louder every time we used it. 2 service people and weeks later we were told "the noise is normal". I used this exact machine at my local gym (25 of the same machines) for 3 yrs and never heard or experienced this noise and subsequent knee discomfort on any of those. We decided to return it. After many calls and back and forth they came to pick it up. When they broke it down to remove it they noticed a pinched/ nearly severed wire from the control panel. The installers were in such a rush because they deliver to most of Florida that they nearly destroyed it before it began. So had we kept it we would have had other issues for sure. We waited another month to finally see a refund, with the restocking fee and other charges we were out $800. So no machine, months of headaches, and a substantial loss of money. Undoubtedly the worst buying experience of my life. Oh yeah I bought the spin bike too. I will review this next. So I threw around $6500 total for both machines at Life Fitness. This is a very large investment for exercise equipment and it made no difference as far as quality, or service. Would you give anyone $800 for a broken machine that you don't even have. I contacted them before the return period ended. I think it's a disservice to the customer to not provide a full refund for all the aggravation I went through. I know alot of Fitness people an I certainly wouldn't recommend Life Fitness.
